What samples are you shipping?
The specific preparation of your sample for shipment and processing may vary depending on your sample type or the specific microbe you may be forwarding to MapIt™ Services. Please contact Customer Support and tell us your specific needs and we will provide you with specific sample preparation methods that meet those needs.
Sample Integrity
When are you shipping your samples?
Your sample integrity is important — so it is necessary to notify Customer Support prior to sample shipment. OpGen will let you know when your sample(s) are received. Should we receive samples that we feel may be jeopardized due to packaging or transport problems, or receive samples that were not cleared by our Safety Officer for delivery, your samples will not be processed (and possibly destroyed if there are safety concerns). Should this happen, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Why are you shipping OpGen your samples?
Prior to shipping your samples, please be sure to complete all areas of the MapIt Order Form so that we understand your project needs. Contact Customer Support if you have any questions or need additional information.
