Dr. Stephan Beisken, Director of Bioinformatics & Analytics, joined Ares Genetics from Discuva Ltd. where he served as head of bioinformatics, responsible for next-generation sequencing data analysis and analytics. He has been appointed Managing Director of Ares Genetics effective January 1, 2022. Stephan obtained his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from the European Bioinformatics Institute in affiliation with the University of Cambridge and in his postdoctoral position focused on the development of computational methods for untargeted metabolomics.
