Common questions about the Company, the name change and its securities.

What happened to OpGen, Inc.?

OpGen, Inc. changed its name to CapForce Inc. It is the same registrant — the same Delaware corporation with the same SEC CIK, 0001293818. Stockholders approved the name change on 23 February 2026 and the charter amendment was filed in Delaware on 27 February 2026.

Did the ticker symbol change?

Yes. In connection with the name change, the ticker symbol changed from “OPGN” to “CFOR”.

Where does the common stock trade?

The Company’s common stock is quoted on the OTC Markets under the symbol CFOR. It has been quoted on the OTC Markets since August 2024. The common stock is not listed on any national securities exchange.

Is CapForce listed on Nasdaq?

No. The Company’s common stock traded on The Nasdaq Capital Market under “OPGN” from 5 May 2015. On 8 August 2025, Nasdaq filed a Form 25 Notification of Delisting with the SEC removing the Company’s securities from listing on Nasdaq. The Company is appealing that determination to the SEC; the matter is under review and no timetable for a decision has been indicated. See Stock Performance.

Do I need to do anything with my shares?

A change of company name and ticker symbol does not by itself require stockholders to take action or exchange their certificates. Stockholders with questions about their specific holdings should contact the Company’s transfer agent — see Shareholder Information.

Was there a reverse stock split?

Yes. The Company effected a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of its issued and outstanding common stock on 20 May 2024.

When did the Company first go public?

The Company’s initial public offering priced on 4 May 2015. The offering comprised 2,850,000 units at a combined price of USD 6.00 per unit, each unit consisting of one share of common stock and one warrant to purchase one share of common stock.

Does the Company pay a dividend?

No. The Company has never paid cash dividends on its common stock and does not plan to do so for the foreseeable future.

Where is the Company incorporated, and when does its fiscal year end?

CapForce Inc. is incorporated in the State of Delaware. Its fiscal year ends on 31 December.

What does the Company do now?

CapForce is a capital markets advisory and financial technology company providing listing sponsorship and strategic advisory services, and is developing a digital investment banking platform. The legacy molecular diagnostics business is discontinued. See What We Do.

Is CapForce a licensed investment bank?

No. CapForce Inc. and its subsidiary CapForce International Holdings Ltd are not licensed investment banks. Brokerage activity on the CapForce EC platform is conducted under the investment banking licence held by European Credit Investment Bank Ltd (ECIB), a Labuan-licensed investment bank, with CapForce International acting as the technology platform developer and operator.
