What we do

CapForce provides listing sponsorship and strategic advisory services, supporting companies through the public listing process — transaction structuring, regulatory compliance, investor readiness and market positioning. We focus on companies, particularly in Asia, seeking access to U.S. capital markets, including potential listings on major exchanges such as the NYSE and Nasdaq.

The Company is also developing a digital investment banking platform supporting cross-border securities trading, investment banking advisory, asset management and fintech-enabled cap table management.
